Lititz Pointe Policies

The policies of Lititz Point Inn & Suites are in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all guests. Your cooperation in adhering to the following policies is greatly appreciated. 

The Lititz Inn reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the property if that guest or someone in their traveling party is acting in an unsafe manner toward another guest or behaves in a manner which creates an unsafe environment for any or all of my guests. 

Check-in is at 3pm.

Check-out is at 11am

Quiet Hours:

Quiet Hours are from 9PM-8AM.  Please make every effort during these hours  to keep the hallways quiet and any conversations/TV/Music at a low level so other guests can rest. 

Smoking:

Smoking is permitted outside of the building in the 2 smoking areas, designated with smoking stations.  Any room that is smoked in will assess a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

As a small inn we generally don’t have the opportunity to rebook cancelled rooms. Therefore, guests are responsible for all charges in the event of late arrival, early departure, or cancellations made within less than 7 days of the arrival date.   

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed at Lititz Pointe Inn and Suites.  We love animals and know you do to but for the safety of all guests and to avoid an allergy issues we do not allow pets in the hotel.

 Release of liability:

I understand that Lititz Pointe Inn & Suites, though not affiliated with Air B&B, is an Air BNB style hotel.  This means that before their stay guests will be emailed and texted door codes to access the building and their room.  I understand that at times during my stay the front desk of the hotel may or may not be manned and that I can refer to their “virtual desk” 24/7 at 717-833-6657 for any needs I may have.  I understand that Lititz Pointe Inn and Suites makes every effort to make the property as safe as possible, including having security cameras in the lobby and hallways of the hotel and having all exterior doors locked 24/7.  I hold Lititz Pointe Inn & Suites, its staff and all affiliates harmless from any risks, theft, threats or injury that may occur while I am on their property.
